IM Free Missions
Missions is at the very heart of what it means to be the church, and what it means to be a follower of Jesus. At IM Free we long to participate in the great commission by ministering to our local community, and the world at large.
As a church, we support a number of different missionaries.
We also encourage support for the EFCA ReachGlobal Crisis Response that helps communities that are impacted by disasters such as fires, tornados, floods, hurricanes, etc. This is one facet of the international missions arm of the EFCA ReachGlobal. ReachGlobal has more than 500 missionaries activly serving in over 40 countries around the world.

ReachGlobal - Why Missions?
Three unique vantage points on what God is doing through the ministry of ReachGlobal.
Missionary Support
Tim and Bobbi Bettger
The Betgers are part of Cadence International, a ministry that evangelizes and serves the military personnel. If you would like to donate to their ministry, or contact them directly, feel free to go to their official ministry website.
Otto and April Habeger
The Habegers work with Wycliff Bible Translators using their practical skills in maintenance, member care, and personnel services to quicken the task of Bible translation in South Sudan. April is also partnering with other mission organizations as an administrator of a school for missionary children in Juba to enable families to serve together on the field. Mountain Jewels Ranch, Bob and Marie Hoffman
One of the tremendous blessings we have as a church family, is the priviledge of supporting the Mountain Jewels Home located in Little Valley, CA. The regular attendence and presence of the ranchers within our local fellowship is a great joy. Taken from their Facebook Page: the Ranch is a place where developmentally disabled adults can reach their full potential. The ranchers work hard in many different ways that contribute to the maintenance of their facilities, as well as assisting in the community. But it is not all work, they also enjoy multiple “outings” and activities such as sporting events, hiking trails, exploring caves and lava beds, and many other wonderful adventures.
Uganda Missions Trip, 2016
Seen below are some photos from a past mission work our church was privileged to be a part of in Uganda in February 2016.
To go to Uganda we partnered with Sun River church from Sacramento. A team of 6 members from IM Free church went to Uganda with two members of Sun River to join with the church in Uganda. In Uganda we stayed with and ministered with Pastor Andrew Mwenge and other members of Kampala Baptist church. During our time in Uganda we hosted two different pastors conventions-training pastors and lay leaders, we ran children's lessons, games, and crafts, and two of our ladies helped teach a women's retreat. The ministry was extremely valuable to our team, and we learned so much about the beautiful people of Uganda, and how we as the global church can contribute to making a difference all the way on the other side of the world. God is good, and His Church is big!
